1. Return window and condition

Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Send an approved return within 14 calendar days after approval. Start by emailing [email protected] with your order number, item, size/color and reason for return.

For a change-of-mind or size-preference return, items must be unworn other than a careful indoor fit check, unwashed, unaltered and in their original condition, with tags and included accessories. Try items on without damaging, staining or transferring odors to them. Original product packaging should be included where supplied; you may use a different protective outer shipping box.

For hygiene reasons, underwear or swimwear with a removed hygiene seal or signs of wear is not eligible for a change-of-mind return. Any product-specific exclusion must be clearly shown before purchase. An ordinary discount alone does not make an item non-returnable. These restrictions do not limit rights for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

2. Authorization and return destination

Contact support before sending a parcel. After reviewing your request, we will provide the approval and return instructions. Returns are sent to our returns location in Wuxi, Jiangsu, China: Unit 4-2162, Huijian International Industrial Raw Materials City, Huishan District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. The label on the original shipment may not be a valid return address.

Use a tracked shipping method, retain the receipt and send the tracking number to support. Pack the items securely. International return shipping can be expensive; obtain a carrier quotation before dispatch. Follow the provided customs instructions and make an accurate declaration. If tracking or delivery is disputed, we will review the available evidence and applicable rights rather than automatically rejecting the claim.

3. Who pays return shipping

• Change of mind, preference or an unsuitable size chosen by the customer: the customer pays the actual return postage to Wuxi, China directly to the carrier. We do not promise a free prepaid return label or a fixed local return fee.
• Wrong, damaged, defective or materially misdescribed item: Calovique pays the necessary reasonable return shipping, if a return is required. We will provide a suitable prepaid method when available, agree reimbursement for the return method in advance, or arrange an appropriate solution that does not require a return.
• Restocking and handling fees: none. We do not deduct an undisclosed administration or cancellation fee.

For a problem item, contact us promptly with details and relevant photos where possible. We will agree a refund or replacement as appropriate. Please do not purchase an expensive return service before discussing it with support. This process does not reduce your mandatory rights.

4. Inspection, refund amount and timing

After the return reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it and communicate our decision within 5 business days. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 2 further business days—normally within 7 business days of warehouse receipt. If additional information is needed, we will explain the issue and the next step; this does not extend any shorter legal deadline.

After the refund is submitted, your bank or card issuer commonly needs another 5–10 business days to post the credit. That timing is an estimate controlled by the provider. We will provide a refund confirmation or reference, and help trace a refund that has not appeared.

For an ordinary eligible return, the refund is the amount actually paid for the returned goods, including tax included in that amount. Original shipping already performed is not refunded for a change-of-mind return, except where required by law. If an entire order is wrong, defective or not delivered through our or the carrier’s fault, the refund includes its original delivery charge; for a partial problem, we also refund any delivery charge attributable to the affected item as appropriate. No restocking fee applies.

5. Partial returns, discounts and free shipping

You may return eligible items from a multi-item order. Item-specific discounts stay with that item; an order-level discount is allocated proportionally to the eligible items’ prices before that discount. Refunds use each returned item’s net paid amount, not its original list price. The total refund cannot exceed the amount paid.

If your original order qualified for two-item free shipping, we do not retrospectively charge outbound shipping merely because a partial return leaves fewer than two items. We do not reprice retained items or add an undisclosed promotional penalty. A bundle that requires a complete-set return must have that condition disclosed before purchase; otherwise normal eligible partial returns apply.

6. Exchanges and cancellations

For a different size or color, request a return and place a new order for the replacement item. This keeps price, availability and shipping charges clear; stock is not reserved until the new order is accepted. For a merchant error or defective item, support will arrange the appropriate remedy without requiring you to pay twice.

To cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been handed to the carrier and we can stop fulfillment, cancellation is free and we will initiate a full refund, including any shipping charged, within 2 business days of confirming cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation once fulfillment can no longer be stopped. After dispatch, use the return process rather than refusing the parcel without instructions. Legal cancellation rights and remedies for delays or non-delivery remain unaffected.

Business days for support, return inspection and refund processing mean Monday–Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Return-request and return-dispatch windows above are calendar days.
