Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Calovique is operated by JST Commerce Limited, at Unit 4-2162, Huijian International Industrial Raw Materials City, Huishan District, Wuxi, Jiangsu, China. This notice applies to calovique.com. For privacy questions, access, correction or deletion requests, email our privacy contact at [email protected] with the subject “Privacy request”. We will route the request to the person responsible for privacy.

2. Information we use

• Shopping and orders: the products and variants you choose, cart contents, order details, name, email, billing and delivery addresses, telephone number where requested, and payment status. We use this to take payment, fulfill orders, manage returns and answer support requests. Guest checkout is available; creating a customer account is not currently required.
• Support: messages, order references and attachments you send us. Please do not email full card details, passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
• Payment: the current card integration is Wintopay / CartaDiCreditoPay. It exchanges billing and shipping details, order items, amount, currency, browser information, session identifiers, a payment token and transaction results with the provider. The provider supplies the card-entry component and processes payment information. Its own processing is described in its privacy notice.
• Website operation and security: request and connection information, browser/device information and site interactions are used to operate the store, maintain sessions and investigate abuse or technical problems.

3. Service providers and international access

We use WordPress/WooCommerce for the store, ChemiCloud for hosting, Cloudflare for delivery/security and performance measurement, and Wintopay / CartaDiCreditoPay for payment processing. Authorized website maintenance uses MainWP. TrafficArmor is installed for traffic screening. Our Guangzhou dispatch team, Wuxi returns team and selected delivery providers receive order details needed to fulfill orders and handle returns.

These services have different roles and their own processing terms. Payment providers and carriers may process some information for their own legal, security and service obligations. We disclose information where required by law, to protect lawful rights or to investigate fraud. We do not sell personal information for money. To request an opt-out of disclosures that qualify as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable law, contact [email protected]. We review requests against the processing involved and the rights that apply to you.

Fulfillment and support may involve access from China; hosting, payment, network and delivery providers may process information in other countries. Those countries may have different privacy protections. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your order and their cross-border processing.

4. Cookies, measurement and payment-session identifiers

The store uses shopping-session technologies to retain the cart and support checkout. WooCommerce cart cookies normally last for the browser session, while its cart session identifier normally lasts up to 2 days. Browser settings can delete or block cookies, but blocking shopping cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working.

WooCommerce order attribution is currently enabled. It records referral/campaign information, device type and session page views with an order, using session-based Sourcebuster cookies; the session measurement normally uses a 30-minute window. This is separate from the cart session.

Cloudflare’s performance beacon is present on the site to measure loading and performance. The payment plugin also creates an anonymous visitor identifier and stores referral/session information for use during payment. These functions must not be represented as “no tracking”.

There is currently no on-site cookie preference panel. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control are not currently handled through an automated consent-management component. You can contact us to make a privacy request; this contact route does not itself stop scripts or cookies in your browser. Email [email protected] for privacy choices or to withdraw permission for a use based on consent. A privacy-policy link or browser cookie setting alone does not control every server-side disclosure.

5. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated service, accounting/tax obligations, fraud prevention and legal claims. Order and payment records can need a longer retention period than routine support correspondence. Retention is managed manually; an automatic order-deletion or anonymization schedule is not currently enabled. We assess deletion requests and retention needs individually, considering outstanding orders, legal obligations and disputes. Deleted information may remain in restricted backups until those backups are replaced under the applicable provider cycle.

Information is used by staff and service providers for the purposes described in this notice. We use HTTPS for website communication and take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No system is completely secure. We investigate suspected incidents and provide notifications where required by applicable law.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may request access to or a copy of your information, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or an opt-out of certain processing. We will verify requests proportionately, normally using the order email and relevant order information, and will not ask for unnecessary sensitive documents. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and respond within the applicable legal time limit, notifying you of a permitted extension when needed.

Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or unresolved transactions; we will explain an applicable exception. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. You may ask for a review of our decision and contact the relevant US state or Canadian federal/provincial privacy authority. A representative may submit a request with appropriate authorization.

Ordering is not automatic enrollment in promotional emails. Any future marketing subscription must provide an appropriate opt-in and a working unsubscribe method; essential order and service communications are separate.

7. Children and changes

Our store is intended for adult shoppers and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

We will update this notice when practices change, display the effective date and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required before a material change takes effect.
